Because of our concern for your satisfaction and your child's safety, we like to be involved in helping design your family's swing set. We want to ensure that you get accessories which are age appropriate, and that all the components you have selected work together. If you want to purchase one of our predesigned swing sets without any modifications, just find it by browsing our sample sets and give us a call with your order.

For all other playset designs, you can take advantage of our exclusive online design services, or just give us a call. Our Design Partners are in the office every day but Sunday, and your questions, concerns and quandaries are our top priority.

Your playset will leave CedarWorks by common carrier within one to two weeks of your order, though during our crazy season in the Spring, it might be longer. Expect the truck to pull into your driveway two to ten days after it leaves us, and expect your kids to bolt out the door like a shot. If you need us to ship outside the US, we will get you an exact quote right away. Accessory orders leave here even sooner, typically within 2 business days, and travel by UPS unless they're super big. If, heaven forbid, there are ever any problems with delivery, we will handle them for you. Immediately.
