When our customers are happy, we're happy. When our customers are unhappy, we're miserable.

If something goes wrong in the first two years with anything on a Serendipity playset that's getting normal residential use, we'll replace the guilty part. We go even further with the structural cedar components of your set and guarantee them against structural problems for all of the first ten years.

All you need to do is hang onto your invoice. As long as you are the original owner, and as long as your playset has not been struck by lightning, tried by fire, groomed with a chain saw, or victimized by any other abnormal treatment, we will quickly furnish you with the replacement parts. Installation of those parts, of course, is up to you.
