Register to become a member of CedarWorks Design Trade Program. Blue is the standard membership level for all qualified trade professionals. Always use your membership card when making purchases. Silver-level membership is awarded after your company’s net purchases reach $15,000 in a 12-month period. Gold -level membership is awarded after your company’s net purchases reach $25,000 in a 12-month period.
Silver and Gold status are granted on the company level, so all members of the same company will have the same membership level. Purchases made within a 12-month period, whether through a dedicated Design Trade Representative or online via the CedarWorks website, by any registered designer of the same company, will count towards membership upgrades. Once your company reaches the next membership level, you will automatically receive an increased trade discount along with other benefits.
We will track your purchases automatically based on your Designer ID number, so make sure to always use your CedarWorks Design Trade program ID number for your purchases.
Membership in CedarWorks Rhapsody Design Trade Program is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and a completed application. Once we have processed your completed application, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days that will grant you access to all program benefits. Use of your membership ID is subject at all times to the CedarWorks Rhapsody Design Trade Program Terms & Conditions.
Membership status is reviewed after each qualifying purchase. If your company qualifies for an upgrade based on previous 12-month purchases, you will automatically receive, via email, a notification of your new membership status For questions regarding your company’s discount level, call a dedicated Trade Representative at (800) 462-3327 or (207) 596-1010 if outside the U.S.). Keep in mind that only purchases made with your CedarWorks Rhapsody Design Trade Program membership ID count towards membership upgrades. Although we track your design purchases automatically, we recommend keeping your original sale receipts for 12 months to track your own progress towards the upgrade thresholds.
Your standard membership to the CedarWorks Rhapsody Design Trade Program is valid for 2 years. After 2 years, registered members will be asked to renew their membership to receive a new membership ID.
Silver and Gold levels
Silver and Gold memberships are valid for 12 months from the time of qualification. Keep in mind that Silver and Gold memberships are awarded at the company level, so all designers from the same company will have the same membership expiration date. Upon expiration, Silver and Gold account status will be re-evaluated based on cumulative purchases in the previous 12 months to determine new membership level.
You should receive renewal instruction automatically 2 months prior to your expiration date. If your membership is expiring and you have not received any renewal communication, please contact a Design Trade Representative at (800) 462-3327 to update your information. Outside the U.S., please call (207) 596-1010.
To replace your membership ID, please email a request to Trade@cedarworks.com. If we have your current qualification documents on file, we will send your member ID via email. If we do not have your information on file, you may need to submit a new application.

To opt out of your membership to CedarWorks Rhapsody Design Trade Program, please email Trade@cedarworks.com with the words "Unsubscribe" in the subject line and supply your name, membership ID number, email address and mailing address in the body of the email.

Yes, you can use your CedarWorks Rhapsody Design Trade Program membership ID to receive the trade program benefits in Canada.
