- Dedicated 10% Discount Code for Client Referrals
Referral customers will also receive a discount of 10% off all Indoor Play product purchases that reference the Co-Marketing Partner’s unique discount code. Members will receive a supply of Indoor Play product referral cards to distribute to visitors at their commercial location that include a unique and trackable discount code that they may use. Commercial Co-marketing Partners will be notified via email of any completed Indoor Play sales referencing their partner code.
*Eligible purchase discounts will be provided in the form of a 10% discount off referral customer order. The purchase discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid for sale items, shipping and processing fees or taxes. CedarWorks reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the purchase discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted here as changed Terms & Conditions.
- 10% Account Credit on Referral Sales
Commercial Co-marketing Partners earn 10% account credit toward future purchases on all documented referral sales. Partners will be notified via email of any completed Indoor Play sales referencing their partner code.
- Commercial Leasing Programs
Commercial leasing options are available through Paramount Financial Services and American Financial Partners, with terms ranging from 24-60 months. Payment calculators and commercial set examples are available through the leasing program. Interest rates will vary based on qualified customers.
- Free Custom Logo Engraving
Custom above deck panel is laser engraved with Co-Marketing Partner’s logo or brand. There is no additional charge for this service. High resolution files must be provided by Co-Marketing Partner. Files should be in vector art (.ai or .eps) format, and final panel design will be completed by CedarWorks’ in-house designer. A proof will be provided to customer before the panel goes into production.
- CedarWorks Social Media Support Program
CedarWorks will promote Co-Marketing Partner’s business on all CedarWorks social networking sites. This will include two posts per year on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. All posts will highlight the business and will include images of the partner’s playset, location, and link to website or partner’s social media sites. Co-Marketing Partners are responsible for providing images to CedarWorks, as well as usernames (@), and any brand specific hashtags (#).
- Special Partner Offers on Upgrades and Accessories
CedarWorks will offer all Commercial Co-Marketing Partners a 10% discount on future purchases. This discount can be applied to upgrades and accessories for the partner’s current playset as well as any new product purchases. Discount is applicable only to current program partners in good standing.
- CedarWorks Merchandising Support Program
Membership in Commercial Co-Marketing Partner Program requires active participation in the commercial merchandising program. The commercial merchandising program includes commercial branding on display sets, CedarWorks promotional literature, and a literature display system. CedarWorks is responsible for providing the branding on commercial display systems, literature and associated literature display systems, and other retail signage.
*CedarWorks reserves the right to modify the commercial merchandising program at its sole discretion at any time. CedarWorks reserves the right to inspect display system and audit merchandising program adherence from time to time during the regular business hours of program member’s location with or without prior member notification.
- Maintenance Contract Program
Program members receive exclusive access to the CedarWorks maintenance contract program. Maintenance contracts are available for one year terms, and are priced at 15% of the cost of the original playset. All work will be done by a dedicated CedarWorks installation technician at no expense to the program member. Maintenance contracts include full replacement of any parts that fail, including wood structures, supports, panels, accessories, and assembly hardware. This service also includes expedited replacement part shipping at no expense to program member. In addition, at CedarWorks sole discretion, wooden components that show signs of premature or excessive wear during the commercial service program period may also be replaced following a request by the program member. CedarWorks representatives will promptly evaluate all member requests for component replacement, and respond to any member concerns. A photo of the specific area of concern will be helpful in expediting services.
*CedarWorks is not responsible for any product or component replacement or contingent liability which is associated with improper assembly or product misuse. Member exclusively assumes all liability for the safety of users of CedarWorks products at all times within their facility.
- Requires Program Enrollment / Agreement to Terms and Conditions
Program enrollment and preliminary membership approval must be completed prior to access to program benefits.
Program discounts will not be applied to prior purchases.
- Minimum $2,500 Indoor Play Display Set
The minimum purchase amount of $2,500 for an Indoor Play display set is required for program membership. The playset purchase price cannot be combined with shipping, processing fees, or taxes.
- Link to CedarWorks Website from Commercial Partner’s Website
Program members are required to provide a link to CedarWorks from their business website. Approved graphics for website links will be provided to program members by the CedarWorks Commercial Programs Support Team.
- High Resolution Image of Display Set on Website
Commercial Co-marketing Partners are required to have a high resolution image of the display set on their website. Display set image will be approved by CedarWorks prior to posting.
- Merchandising Program / Literature Display and Distribution / Display Quality Standards
Membership in Commercial Co-Marketing Partner Program requires active participation in the commercial merchandising program. The commercial merchandising program includes commercial branding on display sets, display of CedarWorks promotional literature, and maintenance of display system in excellent condition at all times. CedarWorks reserves the right to inspect display system and audit merchandising program adherence from time to time during the regular business hours of program member’s location with or without prior member notification.

- Incorporate CedarWorks Panel in Display Playset
Program members must incorporate a CedarWorks above deck panel in their display set. CedarWorks panel will be provided at a discounted price.
- Provide Free Access to CedarWorks Client Prospects during Normal Business Hours
Program members must agree to provide free access to CedarWorks customer prospects (as identified by CedarWorks) to view and inspect display system during the normal operating hours of the member’s location. CedarWorks will make every effort to provide 24 hour advance notification to member of any scheduled CedarWorks prospect visit.
